TIPS:
- Start getting on the habit of eating every 3 hours... that makes your metabolism work
a little faster helping you lose weight!
- Drink your 8 glasses of COLD water and remember... your body needs to work extra to turn that cold water into your body's temperature!!
- Eat small portions, you are not going to be hungry because you are eating often!
- Eat 6 times a day: breakfast, snack, lunch, snack , supper, snack ( 3 hours in between )
- Always leave the house with a healthy snack like a power bar, just in case you are hungry so you don't end up stopping at a fast food place.
- Try to eat you carbs for lunch and have something light for supper, your body works better in the morning.
- Try not to eat and drink at the same time, drink either 30 min before or 30 min after a meal.
- Eat lots of fruits and vegetables, but watch out for the calories, if something is high in calories, eat just a little bit to satisfy you.
- Juice is very healthy, but it can contain a lot of sugar!!!! watch for that!!!
- One thing I love and that I find to be helping me a lot as well is to eat a couple of oranges before I go to bed as my night snack... try that!!!
- Eat at least 1200 calories a day, this is what an average person should be consuming.
